The hotel had a good location, situated near restaurants and shopping areas. the staff was polite and friendly. They helped us with the luggage and offered us an early check-in. the rooms were spacious and comfortable.

The hot water was not working properly, and the bathroom was not very clean. the towels were old and smelly.

Had a great New Year's stay at this hotel! Loved the fact that it was in such a convenient location, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. We really appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, who made us feel welcome and taken care of.

The wifi here was a bit spotty, which was frustrating at times. , we had some issues with the cleanliness of the bathroom.
